The best way to get fit anywhere
Hey ladies, here is the best exercise tool ever. I love them. I am a Stroller Strides mommy. We use these almost everyday. They are great. You can do many diffrent things with them. You can target pretty much any muscle in your body. Even some you did not know you had. Here is one of my favirotes: Get in a lung position with one foot forward, put the band under the front foot and hold the handles. Keep your legs bent slightly and curl up for a bicep curl. Pulling it up and down toward your chest. It works great! I already notice my arms getting toner. Try it out and have fun.- Vickie

Always remeber this.....
Now that I have a 3 and 4 year old. It is amazing how much of our attitude and views are put off on our kids. You really have to be so careful and aware of what you say and do around little ones. It is almost scary. I tend to get really frustrated easily and guess what so does my 3 year old. I have also noticed that conversations I have with my husband dont go unnoticed by the kids. Even when you think they are not listening THEY ARE.
Just remeber to be aware of what you say and do because these little ones are way smarter than you think and they take everything seriously and to heart.

My first day of walking
Well for a while now I have been wanting to start walking. I kept putting it off because I have such a crazy schedule that the only time I can go walking is in the morning before my husband goes to work. Well anyone who knows me knows that I am NOT a morning person and go to bed very very late. Well last night I made it a point to go to bed and STAY in bed. I got up and left around 7:50 with my neighbor and was back by 8:30. We did 4 laps. I think it was 2 miles. I have to figure that one out. I am excited and actually very sore. Tommorow we are going again but this time adding some excersize on top of it. It was nice and my neighbor has committed to 2 days mabey more. I want to do 5 days a week. Actually I think doing it alone will be nice too. To totally clear my head.
What do you do to keep in shape? Anyone else want to commit to 5 days a week?
