Stroller Strides Halloween fun

I can't believe another Halloween is here. This year Mia and Ava got to pick there own costumes. Mia is Little Red Riding hood and Ava wanted a Ariel costume.
Here is Ava having breakfast waiting patiently.
Mia also waiting and eating her yummy cereal.

Stroller Strides story time. My girls love books.

And they are off. The mommies sat around in a circle giving out candy. The costumes were so cute.

Mia's got the hang of it. They had a blast. The only thing I just noticed is that I never got a really good picture of them in costume. I guess I have another chance on Saturday night. YAY!! I love this time of year.

The Verdict is in, you know the ultrasound results

Ok, we finally know. I have had so many restless nights over finding out the sex of our little one. And yesterday we found out. It's a GIRL!! I was so excited to find out it was another girl. I love girlie stuff. My hubby on the other hand was a little down. I know he just wants a healthy baby, but I know he was hoping for a little man. He joked around after we found out about trying again for a boy. I said nah. I'm good with 4. Well, there you have it. I can't wait until March. I am so excited to see my new little girl and her big sisters can't wait.

More Pics of our home

This is what I woke up to last week. A cold and rainy day. I love it! I am so done with the summer. I want to wear warm comfy clothes. Maybe it's because I'm preggo, but sure am ready. But what a tease this past weekend was 102 degrees out. I love the dark clouds and wet streets.

So my first picture is the girls play room. I love that the toys hardly ever leave this room. They play and watch movies in here.

I am pretty weird about there toys. I try not to be, but everything has to be in it's place. It just works better that way.

This room is great for now, but with our new baby coming in March this room might soon be the playroom/girls room. We will see.

This is Robert's room. Everyone always makes a comment about how clean his room is. I'm pretty lucky that he keeps it up and looking like this.

He loves his room. His getaway from his little sisters.

And this final picture is of our window from the top of the stairs. I Love to wake up in the morning and look out. And on sunny days it lets so much sun into the house. So here are some more pics. Have a great Monday.

Sunday fun and Lazy day

This weekend came and went. But we sure did have fun. Saturday Robert had a game, we then came home had yummy pizza, and relaxed with a few friends over. It was great. But Sunday was fun. We woke up late, had a great breakfast and played the Wii. We hardly ever play anymore, but we hooked it up and played a few games.

We first played the Shrek game. It was so much. I l0ve how involved you have to get. Jumping around, waving your arms. And then a little Guitar Hero. I loved to watch the girls trying to play. They look so cute with there p.j's on holding the big guitars.

Sorry I forgot to turn the picture again.

Ava just wanted to hold it. And spin it like they do on t.v.

Ava is such a cutie. She actually like the singing better than playing. We had a blast. The best part of Sunday was convincing my hubby to go to the grocery store with me. It is so much help to have him there helping me figure out what to make for dinner. Bye for now.-Vickie

Our trip to Peltzer Farm

We made it to the pumpkin patch again this year. The kids always enjoy it. This year we went to a pumpkin patch right here in wine country. It was so beautiful. All the wineries everywhere were great.
Mia and Ava exploring the farm.

Ava was the brave one to ride the pony. Mia wanted nothing to do with it. She wanted to sit with me and watch.

Here is daddy and the girls going through the corn maze. It was pretty fun, but long.

And of course we had to ride the train. Well tractor train. The girls loved it. What was neat for the adults was the trivia along the way. Ava and daddy.

Mia and mommy having fun.

Mia loved all of these around the farm. She looked so cute in this ghost cut out.

I loved all of the displays. They even used old rod iron beds and put pumpkins and scarecrows in them. It was pretty neat.

Ava loved the white pumpkins. We did also get a huge orange one to carve Halloween day.

I had to take a picture of one of the vineyards. I would love to have a view like this. We will definitely come back next year. The pig races, the maze, the pony rides, and the train ride were all great. And for Christmas they have Christmas trees. It will be fun to see what they do then. Have a great Monday.- Vickie
